Report-grade PowerPoint export

You can now turn a finished council into a deck you would actually present. The PPTX export was rebuilt from the slide up: charts are drawn as native PowerPoint shapes instead of pasted images, so they stay crisp and editable.

Native charts, not screenshots

Bar, stacked-bar and gauge figures render as real PowerPoint objects with inline-markdown labels. Nudge a number, recolor a series or drop a slide; the deck behaves like one a designer built by hand.

Figures that carry the evidence

• Prototype shots, assets and persona avatars embed directly into the relevant slides.
• Export now lives where the work happens: your MCP client or the CLI.
• Report tools are documented so the host model knows how to assemble the deck.
