The live inspector: a workspace that moves while you watch

The inspector grows from a viewer into a live, keyboard-first workspace: every recorded event streams into an activity feed as it happens, a runs panel shows which agents are moving, ⌘K jumps to anything you have, ? reveals the whole keyboard layer — and loadable example projects plus a 60-second tour make the first five minutes self-explaining.

InspectorWorkflowUX

Inspector

One mental model everywhere: lists are rows, and every row opens as a slide-over peek with its own shareable URL — or as a full page when you want to stay. Navigation slims to four items, with produced artifacts grouped under Library.

Inspector

Structural web editing: create, edit and delete projects, personas and notes from the inspector with inline validation and CSRF-protected forms — no CLI required for the basics.

Inspector

Long persona and project lists paginate, in the web lists and the MCP list tools alike.

Jobs

Three new Jobs join the library — structured ideation (HMW reframe → diverge → converge), a willingness-to-pay pricing ladder, and first-class A/B tests with variant metadata on head-to-heads — plus an Adding-a-Job recipe and a taxonomy lint.

The customer deck: a PPTX master template

The PowerPoint export grows from three generic slide shapes into a full master template — cover, agenda, executive summary, insight, recommendation, risk, quote, voices, stats, chart, comparison, timeline and closing — authored once in the design system, previewable slide by slide, and rendered as native, editable shapes.

ExportsReportsDesign system

Exports

Synthesis decks open with a branded cover and a contents slide (3+ sections) and close with a methodology sign-off.

Exports

Image slides paint a quiet placeholder panel when a figure file is missing instead of an empty slide.

Crossing into reality: surveys, hypotheses & decision records

Simulation evidence now crosses into the real world and back: author surveys from contested findings and import real responses next to the predicted distribution, stamp falsifiable hypotheses before reality answers, record decisions with their evidence — and hand any report over as a self-contained shareable bundle.

ArtifactsOutboundTrust

Inspector

Surveys, Hypotheses, Decisions and Sessions now live in the library sidebar with cross-project list pages (sessions moved down from workspace — they are produced primitives like councils).

Hypotheses

Verdicts are immutable once scored, and bets can be dropped without entering the scorecard.

The calibration backtest loop

Predictions are now scored against real outcomes, calibration quality is a trended first-class metric, and corrections feed back into the personas — the loop that makes simulations provably predictive.

EngineCalibrationTrust

Hypotheses

The hypothesis scorecard’s decisive hit rate joins the calibration report, so metric bets and behavioral predictions share one quality view.

Automation

prediction.scored and calibration.round_recorded ride the lifecycle-hook transport — wire alerts or recurring jobs to either.

Lifecycle hooks, a queryable substrate & recurring jobs

Sonaloop becomes infrastructure: documented lifecycle events with command/webhook hooks, a versioned programmatic query surface with durable persona chat, and cloud recurring jobs that watch, alert and dispatch scheduled research.

EngineCloudAutomation

MCP

Private packages mount their tools on the same MCP server through a new extension seam — hosts see one coherent surface.

Notifications

One delivery transport (command / webhook) behind hooks, alerts and connectors, with shared timeout and disable knobs.
